According to Article 77, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer may terminate the contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The Buyer cannot terminate the contract if:
• The service has been fully performed with their explicit consent.
• The product is custom-made, perishable, or hygiene-related (if the seal has been broken).

In accordance with Article 77, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

The returned product must be in the original packaging with all accessories and the invoice. The Seller determines the return conditions – the percentage of the refund reduction to the Buyer due to the decrease in the product’s value.

Within a period of 14 days, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller of the contract termination using one of the following methods:

    DANIDI, Fashion and Design Business,
    Owner: Dalila Kovačević,
    Matije Antuna Reljkovića 3,
    31000 Osijek,
    Croatia.
  2. Fill out the contract termination form and send it to the address:
    DANIDI, Fashion and Design Business,
    Owner: Dalila Kovačević,
    Matije Antuna Reljkovića 3,
    31000 Osijek,
    Croatia.

Alternatively, the request can be sent via email to info@danidi.hr.

The Buyer is responsible for returning the goods at their own expense to the Seller. Proper packaging is required to prevent damage. If the product is returned without adequate protection, the refund will not be approved.

The Seller is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by the shipping service during the return process.

Once the Seller receives the termination request and verifies the returned product, they will notify the Buyer and issue a refund within 14 days to the IBAN provided.

The Buyer cannot terminate the contract in cases specified by the Consumer Protection Act, such as for:
• Custom-made products
• Perishable goods
• Hygiene-related products with broken seals
